The motive and goal for presenting testimony
is to glorify Jesus.

When giving testimonies, participants use personal stories to explain what life was like before He changed it-then to relate the changes He has brought about and last of all to tell what life is like now with His involvement. When you are ready, pray for opportunities to witness; if speaking makes you nervous, pray for help in that area also. Remember, the Lord desires us to witness for Him, so He will assist us wherever we need help. He made a covenant with His prophet, Jeremiah, when He called him to be His message giver; He promised to always be with him. He makes the same covenant with all His people whom He calls to speak for Him today.
